We are still at OSF. This morning the X-ray of the lung looked good. It looks fully inflated. They have turned the suction off, water seal on. Tomorrow, we will have another X-ray. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers.
We sleep pretty good here. We are looking forward to singers tonight at 7. Derek's spirits have been up, and he has been walking with the walker a few times.

ReplyDeleteWe are keeping you in our thoughts and pray for strength, patience, grace, health and comfort as needed. Sometimes these come through our daily reading, sometimes through conversations with visitors, sometimes through the preaching of the Word, a chance encounter with someone in our daily walk of life and even sometimes through the wisdom of our innocent children. God provides as we sing in ZH #86 even though at times we feel we are all alone on the stormy sea. He is there and will never leave you as long as you continue to put your faith and trust in Him. May you find small pleasures each and every day to help lift your spirits and keep satan at bay. Sometimes it can be as small as a smile.
